Dustin’s Promise is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to Dustin’s Promise are tax-deductible.

Dustin’s Promise respects the privacy of its volunteer and has put in place a volunteer Privacy Policy to honor these rights.

Volunteer information

Dustin’s promise collects and maintains the following types of information when it is voluntarily provided to us:

• Contact information such as address, telephone number and e-mail address

• volunteering information

• Information on events and workshops attended, publications received and special requests for program information

• Information provided by the volunteer in the form of comments and suggestions

This confidential information is kept on file for internal purposes. This information may be shared with staff, board members, and consultants only on a confidential and need-to-know basis.

If you decide to volunteer with us, you understand that you are giving Dustin’s Promise consent to share your name and other information as a part of outreach for the charity.
